On 15–16 September 2025, the BECEE project partners gathered at ZHAW in Zürich, Switzerland for two inspiring days dedicated to collaboration, innovation, and planning the next steps of our joint journey.

The meeting began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the Innofuse Platform, setting the tone for discussions on how to strengthen matchmaking between academia and industry.

Throughout the first day, partners from Higher Education Institutions and Business Partners worked in parallel workshops to exchange status updates, align project goals, and explore new opportunities for cooperation. The day culminated in a vibrant World Café session, where ideas, questions, and ambitions for the future were shared, followed by an evening dinner that further strengthened our network.

The second day continued this momentum, bringing together HEIs and business partners to explore how to reach Phase 2 of the project. Partners reflected on roles, responsibilities, and communication, assessed KPIs, and identified concrete steps and requirements to move forward.

The event closed with shared learnings, new commitments, and a renewed sense of purpose.

These two days marked an important milestone in our collective mission to build bridges between knowledge and practice, advancing innovation and impact across Europe.
