Strengthening Institutional Capacity for Entrepreneurial Ecosystems: BECEE Greenhouse Training at UAMD

As part of the BECEE project, which seeks to build resilient entrepreneurial ecosystems through the Greenhouse framework, Dr. Denada Liça, Dr. Silvana Gashi, and Dr. Ariola Harizi from UAMD successfully conducted a two-day training for non-academic staff, including administrative personnel, technical support, and student services teams.

 The training focused on enhancing professional skills, fostering collaboration, and strengthening institutional capacity, directly contributing to BECEE’s objectives of embedding entrepreneurial thinking, promoting innovation, and enabling UAMD to actively participate in the European entrepreneurial ecosystem.
